This points to the fact that meditation is not really necessary; we are actually already there!
Of course meditation is very relaxing and healthy for the body-mind. But meditation doesn’t really bring us to enlightenment, nor ‘somewhere else’. Even if you meditate for a thousand years – you will still just find yourSELF in the here and now…

Yep, meditation happened…10 days of hardcore meditation – 10 hours a day!
So: Do not think that meditation is good or bad – it just happens, or not…
