You are not what you believe you are!
The possible shock of realising this can help to wake us up. Advaita/non-duality teacher Guy Smith elucidates us in radical words who or what we really are.
Look, this is not ‘a computer screen’.
There may be the visual-presence of rectangularity, and colours, these little black squiggles called ‘words’ here; there can be the feeling-presence of something very smooth and hot (that gets (mis)conceptualised as ‘glass’ or again ‘computer screen’): but where in any of this is there actually ‘a computer screen’ or ‘this’?
Reality just isn’t like that. It is an indivisible, placeless presence, presenting itself as sensation – colours, shapes, smells and such – that never actually add up to anything… let alone ‘a world’ and ‘people’.
So everything breaks down: melts as some magical, pulsing, radiantly and infinitely alive psychedelic syrup! Well something like that!! Like I say: words just fuck it all up – turning everything into an idea, a dream… and that’s how it goes.
You are not inside a body, behind a pair of eyes.
You are the knowingness of body-ness and seeingness and everythingness… you simply are this.
You are. This is. That’s it!
see that there is nothing really here…
everything just light… nothing… floaty… dreamy… empty… lost… gone…

Guy is a friend of mine and no longer agrees with Neo-Advaita or really the general ‘non-dual’ view points, but instead a embodied- fully sensuous life. Check out this blog post his website in regard to this.
