Anyway, what is the grim reaper?
The grim reaper is a personification of death as a living, sentient entity. The idea of a person that symbolises death is a concept that has existed in many societies since the beginning of recorded history. In Western cultures, death is usually called "The Grim Reaper" (German: "Sensenmann") and usually it’s portrayed as a skeletal figure which carries a large scythe, and wearing a black gown, robe or cloak with a hood.
