Tall isn’t enough in Dubai – architect David Fisher presents wind power tower concept

Tall isn’t enough in skyscraper-crazy Dubai… David Fisher, an Italian-Israeli architect, dreams of a 68-story combination hotel, apartment and office tower where the floors will rotate 360 degrees.

Each floor is supposed to rotate independently, creating a constantly changing architectural form. Wind turbines placed in gaps between each story of the tower would generate electricity.

This tower is of course still a concept. It closely resembles Michael Jantzen‘s alternative energy house.
